House rules

  1. 1Strictly no smoking in the apartment. A contractual penalty of €2,500 will be charged for any violation. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and be considerate of our neighbours.

  3. 3Parties, events and stag or hen parties are not permitted.
  4. 4Children of all ages are welcome. Baby cots and extra beds are not available.
  5. 5Please leave the apartment broom-clean. Please clean all appliances you have used properly.
  6. 6Please separate your waste correctly and dispose of it in the designated bins.
  7. 7Please respect the neighbours’ need for quiet and keep the apartment clean.
  8. 8Please avoid loud TV or music after 10:00 pm.
  9. 9Please do not use the balcony and terrace after 10:00 pm.

Yes, a free space in the underground garage comes with the apartment. A small bus or a car fits. Longer buses (longer than 5 m or taller than 2 m) please park publicly at the bridge car park north-west of the building.

No, pets are not permitted.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. Baby cots and extra beds are not available.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes, we provide towels and bed linen.

May I smoke in the apartment?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. You can smoke outside.

What are the price and the minimum stay?

The price is €140 per night for 1–2 guests, each additional guest adds €10 per night (8 guests: €200 per night). The minimum stay is 5 nights.

Is there cable TV?

No. TV is only available via the internet, using the Fire TV Stick with your streaming services.
