§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all booking requests and agreements for the Apartment Marktheidenfeld (Petzoltstraße 4, 97828 Marktheidenfeld) made through this website. The provider is Rummel Schulz Immobilien GmbH, Botschelsgraben 8, 97837 Erlenbach, Germany.

§ 2 Booking process

A request through the website is not binding. We may accept or decline it. The contract is concluded only when we confirm the booking in text form (for example by email). The confirmation states the terms of the booking.

§ 3 Payment

Payment terms such as deposit, total amount and due date are stated in the booking confirmation.

§ 4 Cancellation and changes

The terms for cancellations and changes are stated in the booking confirmation. Please send cancellation or change requests without delay by email to rummel.schulz@gmail.com.

§ 5 Occupancy and house rules

The apartment may be occupied by no more than 8 people. Pets are not allowed. Parties, events and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted. After 10:00 pm, please avoid loud music and a loud television, and do not stay on the balcony or terrace. Please leave the apartment broom-clean.

§ 6 Smoking and drug ban, contractual penalty

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and all indoor areas. This includes e-cigarettes and hookahs. Drug use is prohibited on the entire premises. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, with consideration for the neighbours.

A breach of the smoking or drug ban incurs a contractual penalty of €2,500. Further claims for damages remain unaffected. In case of drug use we may additionally terminate the contract without notice. We may prove breaches by suitable means. The guest is also liable for companions and visitors.

§ 7 Heating and ventilation

The price includes normal heating. When you are away, please turn the heating down. Excessive heating may be charged. Please ventilate each room at least twice a day for about 5 to 10 minutes with the windows wide open.

§ 8 Liability for heating and ventilation

Guests are responsible for proper heating and ventilation. In case of breaches, additional costs may be charged.

§ 9 Liability for the website

We aim for correct, complete and up-to-date content but give no guarantee. Statutory liability rules remain unaffected.

§ 10 Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

§ 11 Final provisions

Changes to these terms must be made in writing. If individual provisions are invalid, the others remain valid.
